Express Hawick glaziers offer a complete double glazing service including a local double glazing installer, double glazing repairs and Hawick replacement double glazing.
Double-glazed units take approximately two to three days to order, and all our units come with a manufacturers guarantee. If requested, we can replace the vacuum between the glass panes with a layer of Argon gas, to further facilitate heat management. We can also supply and install triple-glazed units on request for Hawick and the local area.
Fire-resistant Glass
Fire-resistant glass is designed to contain flames and inflammable gases, but the glass is not designed to prevent heat transfer.
Fire-insulating glass is available that not only contains the flames and inflammable gases, but also prevents heat transfer to the other side.
